Bitch, you haven’t done it one year since it’s been on TD!

Also, I enjoy watching you skull drag idiots on X.

I did two years ago

It’s too hard since my oldest started high school football. Oct is actually our busiest time with the big fall baseball tournaments, high school football and me coaching flag football.

About X, man I have to stick to the S&C side…the baseball stuff…omg the guys are idiots and don’t understand math, political side it’s all trolls, but man some of the shite posted on there…it’s like wtf

Did you see laynes video of 660 for 6? Well some fat frick that is literally 5’9 290 after losing 80 lbs, posted that it was unimpressive because he didn’t control the eccentric and if he wanted to impress him lighten the weight to 225 and go slow

Like what fricking universe do these people live in?

Finishing up with the cardio. Dragging a little arse this morning. I'm traveling so my sleep/eating hasn't been great this weekend.

Fortunately the Marriott I'm staying at has a full health club/gym. 2 squat racks and a smith machine. I didn't have to alter the workout at all and should be fine if there are deadlifts on the menu tomorrow.

I have rare hotel with a full squat rack, and he gives us the one thing that is probably hardest for me to do in a hotel gym... Farmer carries

Got through in about 70 minutes. Didn't sit down too much with the plate changes. First day going heavy with the new 105 TM and felt good. Looking forward to what I think is the first time I've seen thrusters in a PPSA program. Tomorrow should get the heart racing.

Fast one today. Took me about 45 minutes.

Legs feel good considering I logged about 26k steps yesterday walking around NYC, lol

My legs feel like jelly. Hit the zerchers hard (then read something about medium intensity.)

Got done in about 50 minutes myself.

Took me an hour including warmup. Somehow misread the thrusters and 5x10 instead of 5x5. Heart rate spiked, but felt good. Not as many deadlifts this year but more hinge work with kettlebells it seems. Still getting the hang of zerchers feel half the battle is keeping the weight racked.

Would it be acceptable to log bodyweight squats for this challenge?

I don't understand. It's not really a challenge, it's a program.

I saw the PPSA guy making a comment somewhere about don't worry about Friday being and referred back to the captioned information. Today was not nearly as easy as it looked on paper. The RDLs after heavy 1 rep DLs - I am feeling all of that.

Finally got around to ordering my t-shirt. Think it ends tomorrow. Double bounce day took my legs out. Took me 35 minutes to get through the workout def was not 25 minutes like the post, but needed to warm up. Hit my steps this afternoon. Bit sneaky with all the kettlebell swings this week. Has to be either pressure cooker or a stairway tomorrow. How everyone enjoys the rest.
