First day looks spicy. Going to use a 95% TM. Hit a 1RM on Tuesday from the prequel, so let’s see how it goes.

Like 50 minutes tops?
Posted on 9/30/26 at 7:56 pm to Mingo Was His NameO
I counted 36 minutes of rest not counting the working time or changing the setups for each exercise.
Now add in a well planned warmup. You’re over 50 mins.

Took me just about 65 minutes, but I add in my own warm up sets prior to each heavy lift.

That is a lot, plus who has the time for 8 hrs of sleep? Deep sleep at that. Does this guy live in the real world?

I wake up to lift at 5:15 am. I rarely get 8 hours of sleep. Fortunately, my body only requires 6-7 hours to feel good.

Day 1 down. 75 minutes including warmup.
Went too heavy on the bb curls and could only get 7 on last set.
All around good workout. First time doing bumper plate holds.

I'm up at 4 am, workout from 5-6 am. I sleep about 5.5 to 7 hrs at the most.

I almost thought you were gonna say inches instead of hours.
