Was a pain trying to work around my barbell. I had it racked on my wall unit and I wasn't about to unload and move every set.
I didn't get quality chins because I kept hitting my barbell. I gave up after my 2nd set and just did them after bench press.
My legs are feeling good after 4 days and I'm looking forward to tomorrow's workout.
I imagine we'll ratchet it up a little next week. I'm already dreading when we see the AMRAP show up.

Week 1 is done!
Good Challenging but doable work. The weekend is my chance to focus on sleep
Won't be able to work out Monday, so I'll be a day behind next week, but we'll get it done.

Day 5 and week 1 complete. Going from afternoon to early morning workout definitely could feel that recovery wise. My legs are shot. That last super set was tough
Gonna take some time either tomorrow or Sunday to get some good stretching and foam rolling in

Day 5 done!
This one was short! Clocked in at 50 min with warm-ups and stretching. Hardest part was the last SS of RDL and bent row. I went up in weight on that one and was definitely feeling it on the last couple reps. I REALLY enjoyed the last 3 sets of squat. Perfect % for those higher reps!
I did the reverse lunges as reverse walking lunges. Not sure if that's what was intended or not.
Planning light cardio and rest for the weekend.
Edit: Day 6 and 7 were just posted. I plan on absolutely crushing that nap on day 7.

And that RDL/row super set is a lot easier if you set the weights down :lol;

Just getting started. I forgot how tough these were.
Day 5 done! 38 minutes even with adding in a few warmup sets.
