I like the idea of sweatpants but I can’t workout in them. Need to let the legs breathe.

i aint even got my damn shirts yet and just got notification yesterday the label for the shorts were made, ill pass on the sweatpants

I’m ready boys. Been battling severe back issues. Rested a ton. Haven’t lifted much over the last month but ready to attack tomorrow and start to see how it goes.

I'm all in, but I lowered my TR maxes because I've been dealing with a pinched nerve in my neck.
I'm getting better, but I still have to get some adjustments. I've not stopped lifting, but I've gotten weaker the last few months dealing with it.
Looking forward to a great month of lifting.

Day 1 in the books. Pretty fast paced. Finished in 50 minutes.
Good overall body workout. I won't lie, though, the RDL/bent over row superset made me feel like puking for a few minutes.

Just finished day 1 as well. Thought it was relatively easy as well. Finished right at an hour. Good start!
