I don’t need no damn sweatpants in Louisiana.

You may get them in before Squatober is over the way their shipping is going. People still waiting on shirts ordered on day 1.

I like the idea of sweatpants but I can’t workout in them. Need to let the legs breathe.

I did get a shipping notification on my shirt. Supposed to arrive today.

i aint even got my damn shirts yet and just got notification yesterday the label for the shorts were made, ill pass on the sweatpants

plus its hot AF in my garage gym, cant do sweatpants

Did this one today. Last squat before day 1. Also kicked my arse, easy 1.5 hours. I’m going to need to plan for more time if the squatober workouts are this long.

The cardio section sneaks up on you at the end.

Squat max = 420 (Squatober 22)
Working max = 400 (95%)
Goal max = 450

Did a big squat Thursday from pool season 2 to get in the mood today. Taking the weekend off and hitting it hard Monday.

I’m ready boys. Been battling severe back issues. Rested a ton. Haven’t lifted much over the last month but ready to attack tomorrow and start to see how it goes.

I'm all in, but I lowered my TR maxes because I've been dealing with a pinched nerve in my neck.

I'm getting better, but I still have to get some adjustments. I've not stopped lifting, but I've gotten weaker the last few months dealing with it.

Looking forward to a great month of lifting.

I’m going in at 260, 215 and 335.

Last year I was 205, 175, 265.

Day 1 in the books. Pretty fast paced. Finished in 50 minutes.

Good overall body workout. I won't lie, though, the RDL/bent over row superset made me feel like puking for a few minutes.

Just finished day 1 as well. Thought it was relatively easy as well. Finished right at an hour. Good start!
