Yeah, I thought that was weird. I’m doing a warmup anyway.

Never let go of the bar? Eh seems too light on RDL then

He's done that before in workouts. When I see it, I base the weight on my bent rows.

I warmed up with 3x5 SS of empty bar squat, RDL, row, and OHP. Overall it wasn't too bad. I finished right at 65min. I was too ambitious on the lat raises and had to drop down on the last couple sets. Also by the time I got to the last 2 sets of pushups, arms were toast; those were rough.

I definitely went lighter on the RDL's. But I pulled my right hamstring last month so I'm not trying to piss it off this month.

135-165. Just went up 10lbs each set.

Day 1 in the books. Glad to be back.

Does anyone have experience using Normatec compression therapy?

Would you recommend doing this frequently during squatober?

Day 1 done. Squats seems just heavy enough.

Stupid question here. When he says never let go of the bar. Did y’all hold it during the 90 seconds breaks? I’ll hang up and listen before I say what I did

Kept one hand on the bar while adding weight.

It wasn't that bad. I definitely set my weight at what I row.

I thought I was going to puke for a minute, but now I think it's more to sinus fluid bothering me today.

I really liked the fast pace for day one and the fact that there weren't any of those weird arse Planks yet.

I did not but I used that as a cue to do the same weight for both. I originally was planning on doing a quick swap.

Ok. I held it during the break and my forearms were on fire. I sped up the break times too. I thought I was going to drop it during the last set, but I powered through.

Day 1 done felt good today, maybe it’s the creatine I started this week after reading that thread lol

I definitely wouldn’t make it holding the bar through the breaks too

Exactly. Wasn't like I was standing there for long for damn sure. Not 90 seconds at least.

You're going to post this to his instagram for clarification aren't you?!?
