10x10 with press and rows were a killer.
And I failed with the deviled eggs. But I see this one calls for chicken and dumplings and boy I could go for that.

Gonna make a note of this one.
Closest gym is 30 minutes away and all i got is dumbbells. Seems like a pretty badass routine to use.
Ill be doing a mini squatober with my light weights. Next year when I have the home gym rightly set up, lots of knee bending to celebrate the season.

That seems like a pain in a large, commercial gym. Way more conducive to a garage.

It actually wasn't too bad. I just occupied one bench the whole time.

How many rounds did you make in the 8 minute AMRAP? I got 5, but I dropped the weight on the skullcrushers

Hope you missed and didn't let that one live up to it's name! Between ADHD kicking in, having to swap DB for concentration curls since I started too heavy, and someone talking to me, I only got 3 done. BTW - I dropped the weight on the last Skullcrusher also.

was thinking about skipping Squatober this year and doing Pool Season instead. I planned to do program party back in April but kids baseball got in the way. I went and reread the thread yesterday and
I am now scared to do it. Squatting 5 days a week seems much easier than that program.
