Loving all the new comers. And yea ppsa is pretty awesome, finishing up silverback this week. Really liked the last 2 weeks of the program.

My elbow is jacked up. cant do any every day movement without wanting to fall to my knees.
hopefully i get relief relief before the 1st so i can get under the bar.

If you don't have access to a safety squat bar, can you get under a bar with a wider grip? I've gone as wide as the collars when I had a bad bout with tendonitis.

Hopefully can. Will try tomorrow right now it hurts to bend it upward at all.
I can hang from the bar with no issues so hopefully nothing too damaged in there.

I’ve been going back and picking and choosing workouts for this week to get me to Squatober. Wk 4 Day 1 I think is my favorite.

Too much pickleball after some time off, I guess. Not really sure. Have played 7 days in a row before with no issues.
But after yesterday I was in a ton of pain. Got my hands on 800mg ibuprofen that is helping a little today, so maybe I’ll be ok come Saturday.
Working on body weight squats until then.

Take a Tylenol with your Ibuprofen if you don't have any contraindications. Ice and rest. Should be ok by the weekend.

Get some Voltaren gel too. I tell my patients to put that stuff on everywhere, hell you can bathe in it too

Finished Let's Pregame on Friday. Tested ORM on bench and squat this AM. Will do deadlift tomorrow, and then just do some other light workouts the rest of this week. I have a feeling Saturday's workout is gonna be pretty intense with the rest day to follow.

i hit higher than maxes on squat and bench than i have since 2019 before i moved which was nice. Tm on Squat i had been working with was a little low but not much, bench was about 35lbs low.
Gonna go for my first DL Test tonight in prolly 4 years. Was using trp bar mainly for a while.
will be ready to rock and roll come saturday.

Went into the gym this morning for the first time in a while in order to get the leg soreness out of the way before October. Felt good to move some weight around and get back in there.
