So Elbow Meat ends for me today and there is a week before the festivities begin, how should I use this week to prepare?

How’d you enjoy elbow meat? I got to week two and got off track due to my elbow bothering me.
I’ve just been squatting 2-3x’s per week and deadlifting 1x the last couple weeks.

I’m in the same boat. Reran week 3 Silverback this week but not sure how to go about next week. I was thinking of just keeping going with week 4.

They must not be consistent. I ordered an L but I feel like once I dry it it'll be too small so I just ordered an XL. 6'1" 200

Shirt arrived today (XL) and fits great. Tight around the chest and arms but I’ve got room in the stomach portion.
P.S. I’ve ran 2 straight Pool Seasons II and will finish week 4 of Benchaholic this week. Looking forward to my second year of Squatober.
