Day 23 in the books

Lots of math and changing plates but liked today and as others said 90% went down & up smoothly. Pull ups were good, lots of pacing around in between

Looks like tomorrows is out and not a heavy squat day so I’ll take that

Cheers fellas

A good auxiliary day tomorrow. Much needed.

I may frick around and do the cardio section knowing the next two days are off depending on time.

Swapping the weight fast was the hardest part of today's lift. I ended up doing a little more on the last set because I was tired of swapping out plates

No squats in Tomorrow’s workout? Other than warm ups? I don’t recall that in the last two years but looks like a good one

Those pushups felt good, but were tough by the last set. Nice pump today.

That last set of pushdowns had me shaking. Really glad I went lightish on the Arnold and lateral raises. After the first set I was thinking I could go heavier, but by the end I was really glad I didn't. Good end to the week.

I'm finishing up the last set of pushups now and still have 15 minutes before I got a go back to work.

I'm definitely hitting up that 5x10 cardio

ETA: just finished, holy shite
5x10 w/ 90 rest has me wiped

Cheers to the next 2 off boys!

Solid workout today.

I’m going to save this one for a good upper body day.

Loved it! Rests were a little long on bench, so I cut them down some. All the weights moved nicely. I went heavier than normal on the KB swings and skullcrushers.

Ready for Squatober to be over, but only because PR day is at the end. This is my 3rd or 4th year, and it's been the best yet.

Yeah, I can tell the plan is tapering a bit to get us ready for Thursday.

I expect Friday to be a fun day too!

Good one today. I went heavier than prescribed. 90% was 360 but I worked up to 405 just to get more work.

I’m ready for Thursday!!

Every time I feel good about myself I open this thread JK, I know it takes years and years. That's awesome.

I also bumped up the weight and reps a bit for the squat and bench. I did 2 reps of 93% on squat and finally decided to just blow through what I was using for my bench TM and did 106% for 5 reps. Definitely had more in the tank on the squat, but figured I need to save it for Thursday. This is also after I already bumped the TM for squat up 30lbs last week.

This has been a great month of progress for me, and I've enjoyed reading everyone's posts each day

Quick one this morning.

Felt a weird pain in my knee on the second set of squats. Didn't stop me from finishing and didn't feel it during deadlifts. Hope it goes away
