Day two, Done!
Those squats sucked. The BSS took a little extra warming up to get into for some reason. Not a great sign on day two but I’ll chalk it up to yard work yesterday lol

Day 3 down!

Clusters were quick with a mindset of 'don't think about it, just get it done'. The "Pumped in the Polo" section was legit. My sleeves were tight as hell. Those snail-paced RFESS sets can just disappear to never be seen again. While I did like the deep stretch they provided, the burn they induced (in the last reps of set 3 and pretty much all of set 4 and 5) was intense.

With week 1 in the books, it feels a little 'different' this year. Not different in a bad way. I seem to recall some intense days during the first week last year and so far the workouts seems more speed oriented.

Same! I had planned to go up 10# on set 3 and again on set 5. Well I went up on set 3 as planned and went down (back to original starting weight) on set 5.

Today was all about the pump. The first cluster got the legs going then the second got my chest on fire. Then those curls snuck up on me

Ready for the weekend!

Squatober did its job and kicked my rear end today, Apple Watch says I burnt up 1218 calories with today's workout.

Disclaimer: I added some ab work at the end since I am going on holiday week after next.
