Yeah not a big fan of front squats but by 3rd set found a groove

I thought a set of the suitcase carry included both arms as in complete the 30 yards with one arm then repeat with other arm.

One arm does suitcase carry while the other is up for the waiters carry

Don't think I did enough weight in the carries. How many sets of squats did you get in the 10 minutes? I got 28. That was exhausting, my heart was pumping.

I completed 12 sets. I probably could've gone a little quicker to squeeze in a couple more sets. Deadlifts were straight forward. Good weight; not too easy or too hard. I approached the waiter/suitcase carries different from last year. Last year, I used a much heavier weight for the suitcase portion. This year, I just made it easier and used the same weight for both portions. They look goofy (although not as goofy as double overhead farmer's carry), but I enjoy them.

To be fair I didn't re-rack for each set. Two reps, three second or so pause at the top, next set. Started out with 5 sets like that, then alternated between two to three.

Damn! Get ready because one year he programed triples in and then he posted a thing about going up in training max based on how many reps you got in each.

I used my training max from my BBB plan. My 1RMs are higher than that number by a good bit, so you're probably right.
