People really do be forgetting those reps. I didn't even realize 11 was an option.

Wasn't expecting this, but glad we got it.

I'm off tomorrow so I can hammer away at lunchtime.

I was also expecting the doubles or even triples based on the caption yesterday.

Short one, weight moved surprisingly good. Last set sucked but on to 17 tomorrow...

I was so sore and tired today that the short and easy workout wasn’t a walk in the park. I did cardio while wife was deadlifting so we weren’t swapping weights, so I had to deadlift after 5x10 kb swings. At least that’s my excuse :)

Tomorrow looks long but not THAT bad. That triple superset will get the weekend started

Today was 50 minutes for me before the cardio section
That rear laterals/lunge/RDL superset was cardio enough - since it's Friday I tried not to bitch out on the weights there and my legs are jelly

Just finished up the cardio at work with dumbbells but that would have taken too long this morning

Well reading this just now I realize i skipped the deadlifting yesterday. Just glanced right over it and didn't notice it. I was like "There wasn't deadlifting yesterday". Had t go back and look. shite.

Day 17 done this am

Ready to catch up to the rest of y'all tomorrow and get back on track next week.

Question for y'all for Day 18, when super-setting bench / bent rows do you change the weight out or just row what you benched? I think the %'s are doable from glancing at plan....

If they didn’t have an extra rack open I was just gonna row what I bench.

I usually have enough space to row on another rack.

#3 superset is a bitch. Sitting here trying to catch my breath before my rest time is up before the last one. I may have gone too heavy in first set of lunges. Quads are done.

Just finished day 18.

My heart rate stayed in zone 3 pretty much the whole workout after squats.

Took me right at 50 minutes.

Had an empty rack so I was able to SS bench and rows at different weight.

Good full body. My lower back is tight after DLs yesterday and RDLs today.

Looking forward to a long run tomorrow as it's gonna warm back up a bit.

Enjoy the weekend everyone!

After working out in the morning, I volunteered at my wife and daughter's school yesterday. Spent 3 hours carrying buckets of water for field day. Paid for it this morning.

Back/shoulders were so tight, getting in position for the bent rows was rough. It took a bit to loosen up, but squats, bench, and rows moved fairly well. The SS for #3 was torture, specifically the lunges and RDLs. I ran Brace Yourself and DB Strength prior to Squatober so I had a good idea of what weights to use; this SS still kicked my arse. I went 10# lighter on the cardio SS than expected as I was already running out of gas.

Reading the caption for the rest days this weekend is daunting. Sounds like next week is going to be brutal.

I dropped my lunges by 10 lbs on the second set and still barely finished. Never felt my quads so much in RDLs.

Day 18 was a rough one. Squats were fine. That super set kicked my butt. I went too heavy on the first set of reverse lunges and my legs felt like jello after the RDLs. Glad we got the weekend off!

I'll either do it tomorrow or come back to it later. I'm on the couch with a pretty good fever now.

This is not how I envisioned Squatober going.
