Tough one today, but got it complete. I was right at 1:05, but that includes 15 min of stretching and 3x5 warm-up squats. Mission 1 went well, but I dislike the high rep sets. On the last set of Mission 2 and sets 3/4 of Mission 3, I had to pause at the top a couple times. Those 3 sets in particular were the toughest ones and I had to push/reset myself.

Hoping tomorrow's workout is on the lighter side. Volunteering at my daughter's school for field day. Usually entails me hauling 5gal buckets of water around for a few hours.

I don't envy the weight discrepancy between you and your wife. Today's workout scheme is a LOT of weight changing. Maybe each one of you complete one mission, then switch?

Monday's workout was my favorite one of the program so far!

Excited for today

I sliced the shite out of my left thumb over the weekend. 1/2" from chopping the tip off. 3 stitches later and I am still able to do all the lifts. The only one that gave be trouble was the suitcase/waiter carries but I just started with the stitched hand up each set. When we get some curls back it may be an issue

Day 15 done - "boring simple strength"

Went smoothly, probably could have gone heavier on rows & db rdl's but know I got 3 more days this week....

Today was tough. I am dead

I had 0% left in the tank after that last set of 6. Finished right at 50 minutes.

Ready for this easier day tomorrow.

I had to tell myself to just get my arse under the bar and get it done. Form wasn't horrible, but it definitely was not as clean (or as fast) as the early sets.

Even though 'unbroken' RFESS suck royally, I'm happy tomorrow is a short one. Upper back/shoulders are sore and body is cracking in places I didn't know possible.

I should be under the bar before 4:30. I need a boost for this one so I'm going to sport my orange Squatober shorts with the garage door up.

My family will be appropriately embarrassed.

Stairway was good. Last sets of mission 2 and 3 were a challenge because I wasn’t taking all the rest.

Whew! On mission 3 set 2 now. Damn! Glad I'm wearing the Squatober shorts!

Legs are pumped! This was a tough, but good one.

I noticed I felt more tired than normal after the workout. I was really winded between sets.

I finally realized I'm running fever. My daughter has been sick with pneumonia and I'm really hoping I don't have it now.

Day 17 was a relief after this past week. Glad to see some shoulder work in there too. Took 31 minutes this morning - I used the cardio portion to warm up for the rest.
Starting get some light upper respiratory thing starting up, hopefully doesn't get worse.

Wondering how rough tomorrow's will be and going to enjoy that weekend rest.

I'm just expecting this to be the timed doubles. How many sets of 2 at some % in 10 minutes.

We usually get that one and then before the end we get the same in triples.

I took a LONG time on the warm-up today (25 min) as I added 5x5 (empty bar and light weights) front and back squats also. Still finished right at an hour. Worst part today was the side lats. Those always burn.

Right at 33 min for me today

I really needed this light day just to loosen up. My legs were in rough shape this morning
