Got thru the squats and RFESS fine. Noticed when setting up for the deadlifts that my hamstrings are TIGHT. While deadlifts weren't necessary hard, it made them interesting. Moving into the heavy RDLS afterwards was not fun. Curls and raises were good. I went light enough to maintain form and hit all reps, but heavy enough to get a good burn towards the end.

Those carries are interesting and take some concentration. Guess it looked goofy walking around holding 55# above my head and 80# by my side. One of the guys in the gym was asking me about them.

Edit: Pressure Cooker again?!?

Well shite, just finished up Day 22 to see what he cooked up for Day 23.... for those that have done this for years is week 3 usually the hardest?

After saying I felt good after yesterdays woke up feeling all the aches and pains

got Day 22 done in 1hr 2mins followed rest times and he can keep the waiters carry, that torched me

That cardio section is giving me chills; lats, skullcrushers, and more lats

Last year I found it was hard across the board. This year has been different where its been one hard day a week or so, but this week has been hard both days and again will hard tomorrow

This is only my 2nd year, but Aaron had in the notes that this week would be harder. Something along the lines of separating the strong and the weak.

Maybe you shouldn’t have called me a bitch for not wanting to do the hardest option a couple weeks ago. Karma and all.

I've been a day ahead this week, so knocked out Pressure Cooker 2 last night and taking today off. It took me about 1hr 15 mins

After lessons learned from two days ago I hit 15 sets on squat and 18 on bench. That cardio superset was ridiculous.
