Hopefully get it done in 4 sets.

I'm not sure what I'm going to do. I want to do 5. May need an extra scoop of preworkout.

I did overhead extensions instead of skullcrushers, pretty sure it was roughly equivalent to 45#s. Was brutal and I paused for about5-10s at 45 reps.

I am pretty sure I’m trying option 5 for as few sets as possible with good form. The only thing that would stop me is if it takes me too many pyramid sets up to get to 90% and I’m feeling tired. To combat this, I’m going to watch Tom Platz saying “5 More” all day long as warmup

I like that. I saw a comment under the post that said 4,3,2,1. Idk about 4. That’s sounds rough.

Day 10 done, 40 mins all in... appreciating these shorter workouts

I'm in for option 5 tomorrow, with long weekend recovery sounds good to me

cheers

Day 10 done, definitely feeling the back squats after today. I think this is the most sore i have been all month. My quads are sore and I might go back to the gym for more stretches after i get off of work. Thinking of going with 4 or 5 tomorrow just don’t want to overdo it. I have the northshore half marathon Sunday to run and so I probably need to run a mile or two tonight and hit the gym early tomorrow so I can take it easy and get ready for Sunday.

I’m almost tempted to say option 5!

4, 3, 3 it is.

I'm going option 5 and only taking 90 second breaks. Squats are going to be done fast!

Wife does 105 and I do 365 if we take option 5. We are going to have to stagger the workouts cause I’m not unracking all that 3x haha

Y'all convinced me to go Option 5, I was thinking of one of the others but one of my goals of this month is to squat heavier so why not.
Felt pretty good, I did 4-3-3.

Now to enjoy some rest this weekend. I'll probably go back to AM workouts even though I don't like them since lots of evening commitments next week.

I went option 5 - 3,3,2,2

Nice heavy lift to end the week. Looking forward to the restful weekend. My left knee is aching a bit after 5 days on.

Today was short. I added some calf raises and shoulder work.

I'll probably run tomorrow before my son's football game and hit some pushups just to stay active.

Well done this week everyone. No missed days here

Day 11 done. Quick one

Option 5 = 4,3,3 for me

Glad this week is over, got a cabin rented for quick family trip. Going to soak in hot tub for few days and recover for next week.

cheers fellas

Went option 5 as well (3, 3, 2, 2.5). Felt like I cheated the first rep on the last set so I made myself do 1 more. For the curls I went 20, 15, 15.

The workouts were all short this week, but man my quads are sore. I think the slow tempo day is what has me so sore.

4,3,3 done. That was my max from last year so that felt pretty good.

Did 4,3,3 and then 25,25 for curls.

Rough one today. Glad we got a week off.
