Not looking forward to this one. Thinking about going with an imaginary EZ curl bar.
I was using a 1RM calculator to try and guess the right weight for 50 straight skullcrushers, but the one I use only goes up to 30 reps on the table.

My rack has a fat bar that is offset enough I can do pull-ups with squats. But then they are harder. I went ahead and used the fat gripz on the rows for as many as I could handle then took them off and finished the set. Figured I’d get some free grip/forearm gainz today.
I like pull-ups and chin-ups supersetted with deads and squats; just stretches my back right back out.
I’m pretty sure my wife is starting to actually enjoy lifting weights. We have this thing where she will point out I’m using more than my 2 minutes on the last set of squats, and then I’ll make her arse pay with how fast i push her in the rest of the workouts. It’s cute! In all seriousness I’m pretty impressed with how she’s sticking with it starting out in her late 40s and walking right into “Brace Yourself” for a month and then Squatober.

Easy workout this morning. Only took about 35 minutes. 50 unbroken skullcrushers was interesting.
This morning it's only 52° and it's nice in my garage. The first time in a while I didn't have a fan on. It was also the first time I heard all the noise my knees make when I'm squatting. Not sure if I should laugh or worry.

I liked the unbroken squats and the speed of that workout
Think I'm feeling the Squatober hurt more in my back, chest, and triceps than my thighs
Kind of scared what he has planned for tomorrow, I could use the weekend break.

I'm fully expecting tomorrow to be the timed doubles. I think it's something like how many sets of 2 you can get in a 10 minute period. It's kind of fun, but as I get tired, my form turns to shite and I've tweaked my back the last 2 years doing it.
This time, I'm either skipping and repeating an earlier workout or I'll not go all out.

Pressure cooker makes sense since we've already done tempo and unbroken this week.
I was surprised we already got Seesaw, but would expect to see it again before the end.
Next week we should see the stairway to strongville...or at least I hope we do.

Quick one this morning; 40 min workout and 15 min warmup. As is normal for me, both bench and squat got better by set 3. Everything moved very smoothly at that point.
I've never done anywhere close to a set of 50 skullcrushers. Picking a weight for that many reps was hard and I went too light. I didn't want to stop around 20 and grab a heavier bar, so I just kept on going until I could no longer keep them unbroken. Surprised myself and hit 90.

What kind of weight are you guys using in the skullcrushers. I’m about to do them and have no idea. I think I’ll go ez with 10s and see how it goes.
