This.
I was dreading the month on that first Monday, but it’s flown by.

Day 25 done in about 45 minutes. Quick and easy, but super setting deads with chins is tough.

We just rode the seesaw; it was not too bad. Lotta skullcrushers though.

Nice quick one this morning. Got to get in some extra back and triceps movements.

Light squats for sure.
I’d assume Monday would be pretty light before the PR party

Day 26 down
Still not 100%, but went ahead and knocked this one out today. Even though I'm a little sick, squats and bench were both pretty damn easy. The rows are what got me. I actually had to go a little lighter than where I finished last Friday. On the skullcrushers, I used my upper weight from day 17. I was able to keep the same weight until the last set. I dropped down 10# for that one. Ready to get rest and fluids over the weekend to try and finish strong next week.

Quick one today. Didn’t actually break a sweat until middle of the stairway on bench

I went with a 6/3 seesaw instead of the written 3/1. That 88% felt good.

After the AMRAP with 85% and the stairway with 91%, seesaw was easy today. Felt like I only needed to rest long enough to change weights and I could go again. Ready for PR party

I agree completely. I found myself not waiting the full 2.5 minutes on squats and bench.

Agreed. I did not wait long at all.

I have to say on day 26, the weights moved well tonight.
One thing I hadn't done before PPSA programs, but the Friday night/afternoon training sessions on a is becoming one of the biggest highlights of the training week. Especially, coming off a busy working week, and just before a weekend of recovery

That's what made the Pool Seasons so awesome: Big Pump Friday!

Man I felt run down today and was dreading today’s workout. Legs didn’t feel warmed up until I was done so I added a set of 10 light reps.
I guess the blood was flowing because bench felt good.
Ready to finish it out next week!!

Finished up today early. What does he normally do the day before PR party?

Squatober has awoken an ANIMAL. Did 100% of TM on both bench and squat today cause the workout was too easy. Never in my entire life have I done more than prescribed
A few weeks ago I thought I set my maxes too high because I was getting smoked by the workouts. Today I threw them around with ease. Hell yes:

I meant to measure my thighs before and after but totally forgot. I swear my quads are bigger.

You are not alone in this, I swear everything is feeling tighter on my thighs.
