334 yesterday, 150 before heading out this morning
im thinking i might do pullups every 3rd day, or something.
curious to know how others are rationing pullups. I'll need a significant portion to be neutral-grip, which means gym trips, which i cant do daily

550 today
33 pull ups
350 sit ups
6.55 miles.
fricking animal
Personal results from day 1:
300 push ups
33 pull ups
100 sit ups
3.6 miles
Definitely not gonna hit the 100 miles running. I suck at running number 1, but I also think it could kind of inhibit all the gains from the other exercises. Either that or I’m gonna have to up my food intake significantly.

Knocked out 325 yesterday. Got in 110 so far this morning. Barely able to get sets of 10-15 at this point.

I work in a shared office with glass walls that are next to an open office plan. Not doing any at work! Only did 285 yesterday and 275 today. Kind of lazy.

Come on, I just knocked out 50 in the middle of a waiting room at the hospital

Haha. I just started there this week, and I'm in a leadership position. Would set the right tone I guess.

Started today. Up to 250 and will get to at least 333 before bed. Good shite so far!

Finished day 12 and I'm on track to be half way done on day 15.
My gains have been great - I'm noticeably bigger in the chest and shoulders.

Welp my challenge hit a brick wall a few days ago. After averaging over 400 push ups a day for 11 days I got an upper respiratory infection that knocked me on my fricking arse. I haven't done a single push up in 5 days.
So, I'm starting over today. It sucks, but I want to do the challenge right.
frick.

04/01 = 330
04/02 = 330
Day 1 was harder than day 2. Only have done 30 on day 3 so far and not fun.

350 day 1, no problem. 250 day 2, but it was also bench day with my workout partners. Day 3 I woke up sore as can be. I didn't realize how much pushups engaged my sides. It's going to be more of a struggle than I expected.

325 day 1, 310 yesterday, and 130 so far today. I am going to have to play catchup on the weekends when I have more down time.

Just finished "Day One." 10 sets of 40 push ups.
I'm also going to try to do 60 pull ups a day over the next month.
Should be a fun experiment.

I’ve just doing the push up/pull ups
I’ve been doing mine 10 sets of 33 and 16 sets of 2 then the one for the first two days
Think I’m going to go to sets of 15 and 3 today. I’m sore but I only got 250 push ups yesterday but I’m going to catch up today.
After my workout I just did 10 push ups and 2 pull up on the minute for 17 minutes and it wasn’t bad. I fill in the other half of push ups throughout the day.

575 day 1
380 day 2
225 so far day 3
I'm hurting...but will gut through. Don't have a pull up bar and can't make the gym until tomorrow. So I'm screwed on trying to do the 1000 unless I hit the gym like damn near every day. Tomorrow is bench day so it will be interesting to see how I react tomorrow or the day after.
I think the hardest thing about this challenge is going to be risk of injury. So I'm breaking it down to 10-25 per each set - probably averaging 15 each time. Will get my long run in tomorrow so hopefully I can kinda hope to make the 100 miles but that's more of a pipedream. The 10000 pushups and situps are the real 'goals'.
I also put an excel spreadsheet together where I just input my pushups per day and it gives me what I need to do per day for the remainder of the month in order to hit 10K. For example if I stopped now - I need to do 326.67 per day.
Best of luck to everybody and being an old 49 year old - listen to your body. Proud of everyone here for doing this

What do the 10k situps do?
I thought situps went out of style back in the 00's when it was discovered a six pack is the result of <10% body fat, not muscle from situps.
Unless, are you doing them for core strength? Like good old fashioned intrinsic value rather than aesthetics?
If so,
