Only 10days in but how many have managed to at least stay on point with the goals they set?

For me... I'm ahead of schedule and getting the first month done will be a big launching point for me, IMO.

Run 1500 miles ( finished around 1430 in '20). Quit eating bullshite in the middle of the night.

I haven't even really worked out yet this year and my diet has been total shite so far. 2021 not starting off good for me in general though. Bunch of shite went down on the very first day of 2021 in my life and then I got sick this past week.


I'm hoping to hit the reset button starting tomorrow though. All one can really do right? Just keep trying and not give up.

I said “eff it” at the end of the year and have been eating like a madman ever since. Pizza, cookies, candy, Canes, whatever.

I was down 41 pounds and getting shredded by cutting. Added 7 pounds of fat the last couple weeks.

I start back tomorrow.
Will cut for the week, drop 4-7 pounds, then next week it’s gainz city.
3,000 clean calories a day and about to go Hulk smash.
Can’t wait!!

Down 16 lbs since thanksgiving continue to learn about nutrition for me. Improve cardiovascular fitness dedicate more time to strength training

Now the road to a sub 47:30 10k, not so much. It’s been so damn cold!

I was doing well until I got COVID. No gym, and generally have had no energy to go for long walks or anything. Gonna get back into my routine soon though, starting to come out of it.

Path to the 1000 lb club continues. Trying to get there on each lift individually while bulking over the next couple months (goal is to hit ~175-180 lbs body weight). Then cut to sub 170 and be able to lift all reps in the same day.

Currently lacking mostly in squat (got a bad lower back and a knee with multiple ACL surgeries) but my legs have been blowing up recently. Went from a 225x3 max rep in November to 225x9 last week. Deadlift i pulled 315 x 2 a few weeks back. Bench max is somewhere between 315 and 325 at the moment. I reckon I’m around 900-920 total right now. Think I can put 80 lbs on that by April.

Hit my 1000 lb club goal, finally! So pumped.
