Fwiw I haven't quit, I just quit coming to this thread. It's gotten a little douchey for the people who can only do 200 a day.

For being the OT, there sure are a lot of quitters here. Quite sad that I am in the top 5 or so. I'm 36, nerdy, skinny, and generally unathletic.

I completely agree. I'm somewhere within the top 10 and I have no business being there.

Gonna get the push up handles today. Maybe they will be easier and easier on the wrist.

I didn't do anything at the end of last week and moving in this weekend put me even further behind. Was gonna do some after a run today but I'm so out of shape a 2 mile run killed me. Might do a few after I eat dinner. Still trying to make my goal of 5k pushups, 10k crunches, and 30 miles running.

I was thinking the same thing. I wonder if there's anyway we can still get to 1 million total push-ups.

8/10 - 225

8/11 - 500

To OP -- surprised to see you back on board with the spreadsheet. I know it's taking up a log of your time.

Thanks for this, but mostly for the inspiration to get me doing this in addition to the gym. Now that most of the chest soreness is gone, my unbroken reps are increasing

First goose egg.

8-10 125

Went and played paintball and laser tag at a place that serves liquor yesterday.

I wasn't worth a fook last night or this morning.

Hitting them pretty good today. I'll update later.

No way in hell. We are trending towards 300,000 push-ups. We would need to quadruple our daily run rate up to 40k a day.

No way, Im carrying this thing to the end.

I just had to go out of town unexpectedly, Owners that I do some business consulting work for kept me out every night til 1 or so, and working all day without much time to just sit at my comp like I normally do.

Im back in the saddle for the rest of the month, no worries.

Btw paedin, my 4th or 5th day you have down as 40, but it should actually be 400.

Thanks for tracking this btw.

Killed my bis & tris today and had to finish my last 100 tonight. Those were tough. Still gotta catch-up from red dress run at some point. Need to knock out 600 one day this week.

I've been doing 400 per day

100 when I wake up
100 at lunch
100 right after work
100 at some point during the night

The ones at lunch kicked my arse though
