You are aware the PGA Tour and the PGA of America have nothing to do with each other right?

I don’t care what anybody says…for the Majors specifically, the PGA style rules are superior…but for your everyday golf event, LIV rules are better for TV. But that’s just me.

No one cares about Liv. Brooks was already good before Liv.

Yea this does nothing for LIV. If people didn’t know brooks was good before this that’s on them.

Nobody is going to start watching just because he wins another major.

Yeah thats why it gets preempted by America's Funniest Animals and Gilmore Girl reruns.

And that’s EXACTLY why this is good for LIV…because the more LIV players win…the more golfers and golf fans will gravitate to it. You can’t claim to be the best league if the best players don’t play in your league. LIV is two years old. Give it time and we’ll revisit

No one is going to turn on Liv because Brooks won. Block was a bigger story.

It's not like Koepka was some unknown and now LIV has a rising star on it's hands. He isn't bringing them any more eyes by winning today.

If another LIV player wins a major this year, that will put more pressure on them getting World Golf ranking recognition. Once that happens, the floodgates to LIV open up.

I feel like this also shows why so many of us are so frustrated by LIV.

Because you only get to see Brooks Koepka play against the world’s best players 4 times a year now. Maybe it works out for a lot of people, because it does make the majors more special. But tourneys like the Players, Riv, Waste Management, etc. just aren’t quite as exciting.

And PGA Tour gets followed by 60 Minutes. Equally worthless content

The USGA isn't affiliated with the PGA Tour, but they're doing everything thing they can to keep LIV pros out of the US Open.

Will it force LIV to have a qualifying process, cuts, and 72 hole events? You know like every other tour in the OWGR does.

Maybe this will keep Liv from getting booted from the CW.
