I like it.

There are probably knockoffs that serve the same function.

It’s simple. Portable. No real learning curve.

All in all, an orange whip, a grip trainer, and a metal yardstick is what I use for training aids

Get the Amazon knock off. It may help with tempo and swing plane, but for me, it helps crack my back and loosen up when I can’t go hit balls.

I found a used one.
Like other comment said; great for plane and also to loosen up.

It’s great. I swing mine almost daily. Helps keep my swing fluid and I think it’s my key to still swinging it hard at 41.

Good warm up tool when I can get to the range before a round. Will swing it when something feels off as I feel it exaggerates whatever I'm doing. But it's not some magic fix or anything for me.

Was in a tournament at CCL a few years back and on hole 3 I pulled mine out to help stretch….. did 3-4 swings to loosen back up some more.

Sonuvabugger we were playing with called a penalty for “using a training aide on the course”.

Was it after your round had already started?

More expensive, but the 13UnderGolf TA25R seems like a better tool. Plus it has the grip trainer built in.

I love mine.
As already mentioned. Great warm up tool before the round. I use it to loosen up before hitting balls.
For a while I was using it at home just to get swings and sometimes swinging hard to work on speed. At 65, I need all the help I can get.
