PGA Tour is gonna have a tough time broadcast wise when LIV shows more shots in 30 minutes than Golf Channel/NBC/CBS show in their entire day.

I agree. I was like a lot of people here thinking I wouldn't watch because the field sucks. Then I realized that I watch a ton of amateur golf on YouTube everyday. I subscribe to all of these guys that couldn't make this field, and I'm still entertained. Just give me a ton of golf shots. So far, this is happening with Liv.

The best part is the shotgun start. You can watch the entire round in about 5 hrs and see all,the action.

That’s the ESPN+ version of the PGA broadcast as well.

This feels like a PGA event. Golf is golf, I guess. The PGA is going to become so petulant that folks are going to start resenting them. Hell, I don’t think most folks would even give a shite about this event if the PGA wasn’t crowing about it nonstop.

Would be nice if they kept the eligible spectator numbers small for a few events and play some of the great courses around the world that can’t hold 1,000s of fans.
