How do you like those Takomo irons? Did you get fit for them?

Using customs for the first time ever for about a month now. Went to Torrey Pines and they had some slick driver and 3 wood covers I picked up.

You wish they were just $200. Some of them go for $1000.
I have three friends that are huge into SWAG and trading/selling their head covers.

Swag just signed Smylie. How can I not rock one of these now? Wish they would do a NCAA line.

Sunfish

So the story behind the LSU head over I posted:

I saw a picture of it in the background of a photo of the Sunfish table at a PGA Show about 7 years ago. I did a screenshot at the time and forgot about it until later in the year when I got the annual “what do you want for Christmas” question from my wife. She gripes that she can never surprise me since I buy what I want when I want it and don’t wait for Christmas. I remembered the screenshot of the head cover and told her I wanted it but there was no reference to anything like it on their website.

She now had a mission and to my surprise, she called Sunfish to order one but they had no idea what she was talking about. She then sent them a photo and still no one could identify it but they recognized their booth at the show.

She talked them into making it and they were happy to do it. I believe it costs her $100 at the time.

I was both surprised and thankful for the effort she put into the gift!!!

I just saw this get all these months ??. Love them. My favorite I’ve owned of a long list of Ping, TM, and Callaway.

I got fitted for the shafts using P790s. I have the Axiom red graphite

Are all cart barns as full of club head covers as our club?

I walk in there and it’s a barrel or two full to the brims. Most are branded, but many are custom.
