Does anyone have a bag that they love? Almost pulled the trigger on a Stitch bag SL2 but have seen mixed reviews on quality.

My Ping Hoofer finally wore out, my wife gave me a Vessel Stand Bag as an early Christmas present. Just started using it and it is a very well made bag, but it is pricey. I have a few friends with Ghost Bags who absolutely love them. One has the Cart Bag and the other the large stand bag.

Vessel is good but my zipper wore out after 3-4 years of use - I just got a Kradul - similar look and material to Vessel for $100+ less - I like it so far

This will depend on what you're looking for but a carry stand bag, the king of the land is Hoofer. I don't think I've ever had a different bag starting with the legendary K56. Hoofer dominate high school and college golf bags but my college bag finally died. I was told our team now uses the titleist carbon bags so I ordered one and I have to say, its a sleeper. My hardest adjustment are the straps because Ping has perfected it but Titleist uses a slightly different format which took a little getting used to.

TLDR,
Hoofer
Titleist Carbon 4

Wife got me a Ghost bag, yet she won’t let me have it until Christmas. Can let you know afterwards but I’ve been wanting one for a long while now

I have a Stitch bag. I really love the look and weight. I will say that this is my 3rd bag. The first one had a zipper break. The second one had the legs break where they wouldn't extend out automatically when I would put the bag down. That happened in transit with Shipsticks inside a soft case. Each time they sent me a new one for free. This one I've had no issues with for over a year.

I do regret not getting the one with the pouch in the center of the bag for balls, which I think the SL2 has. So, I would probably go with the SL2 when the time comes to get a new one.

I've exclusively used sun mountain for last few bags, love em all and would never switch brands. I'm a walker.

Currently using this one:

Best bag I ever owned.

Had a Hoofer 2 for about 25 years. Replaced it with a Jones Trouper 3.0 for Christmas last year. Love it other than the cooler pocket being kind of a waste.

Stitch is shite. Looks great but quality sucks.

Links Legend Titliest bag is hard to beat from a quality perspective.

I recently got a Ghost Golf bag and I'm loving it. Very well made and looks great. They aren't cheap, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.

I needed a bag emergency style and I bought one of those Bridgestone bags when they went on sale at Costco for $50, with the mindset that if it “makes it the rest of the season I got my money’s worth out of it.” It’s actually been pretty fantastic and as of now have no intention or need to replace it.

I’ve never had one, but my friends that do/did complained about the lack of storage and function failures.

They are overpriced IMO.

I’ve had a few different bags over the past few years. My favorite one has been the Vessel Lux stand.
Stitch-nice looking but started deteriorating after a year
Titleist Carbon-nice and lightweight but the legs drop when you put on shoulders and that drives me insane
Vessel Player series stand-I’ve had for 4 years and it still looks pretty new. It’s been a great bag. It’s on the heavy side though
