Does anyone have Cobra King clubs? If so what are your opinion of them?

I have a ridiculously old set of Ping and was looking to switch finally. What does everyone recommend now a days?

I know Callaway, Ping, Bridgestone are nice sets, but I am not a golfer that plays every week or so.

Really random but my buddy, who is a 5 handicap, just got fitted for Cobra's after hitting a Ping set for 10+ years. He was just hitting them so pure compared to everything else. Its all personal fit, so i'd suggest that but I've heard good things.

I just picked up one of the Cobra Speedzone Pars & Stripes driver two weeks ago. First Cobra club I've ever owned. I like it better than the SIM I had previously

Those are are siiiiick. I have FPs from the late 2000s and I strike them great still. Always wondered what buying new irons would do to my game am I losing distance playing with decade old technology?

Yes. New irons will give you way more forgiveness than something a decade old.

That's what I'm playing as well. Replaced a set of Mizuno JPX-850s that had been the best irons I'd ever played. These King Tours are even better for me.

Don’t get these. They’re meant to be kept in a case and displayed as a collectors item unless you’re a pro level iron striker

I used to have a Cobra driver until the shaft snapped right on the neck and the head went flying into water a little left of me. It really sucked I loved that driver

I have a set of Cobra Amp Irons and like them, but I hit the Tour MIM and CB/MB set the other day and they are awesome. I like the look of CB/MB combo set better.

I just picked up the Radspeed Pars & Stripes driver and absolutely bomb it.

I switched from Mizuno’s to Cobras about 6 or 7 years ago. The only problem I’ve had is gapping with my middle irons.

The Tour MIM irons are phenomenal for the price, but I went with the CB/MBs because I just liked the look of the clubs better. The black irons with black $ taper shafts look sharp.

I played the Cobra King Forged Tour for several years and loved them. I got a new set of Ping i210s last year and gave the cobras to my nephew.

I might have to get them back; crazy as it may sound I like the cobras more than the Pings.
