I have started taking golf seriously this year. Today I had a jelly and hide round with a 47 on the front and 39 on the back. What is the biggest difference you have experience

That doesn't even compute. How could someone that can shoot 2 over par for nine holes also shoot 21 over par for nine holes during the same round?

What clicked on the back nine?

My first college tournament.

51 on the front (11 on the 1st hole which included 3 balls OB off the tee)

34 on the back.

Smooth 85. I was nervous...

Last weekend.
46 on front.
35 on back.
As I was walking off 9, I told my buddies, “ima shoot even on the back...”

44, 31. Won 2 skins on the back 9.

I’ve shot 31 twice, and both times finished over par.

Two weeks ago I went 37/43 at TPC Avondale and felt horrible about it. I cant imagine how I would feel with some of these differences.

Doing worse on the back does make it feel really bad though.

That is golf...

34 (my lowest nine) and then 42.
Palm Course at Walt Disney World, Orlando.
10 is a very challenging par 4. Long and narrow. I was not up to the challenge and started the back with a double. Scrambled from then on.

Greystone CC

37 (+1) Front
48 (+12) Back

That's where I have my best score of 78 at lol. The back nine is brutal if you don't hit fairways.
