15th club, what would you choose?

I have 15 in my bag already and remove one for tournament rounds depending on the course. I rarely use a 3 wood at my home course so that one leaves the bag. But I pulled my 3 iron when I went to Squire for the state am because I wanted the extra wedge and needed the 3 wood for some tee shots. If I’m not sure what I need, I’ll pull the 50° because I feel comfortable hitting my PW softer if necessary.

My bag now:

Right now, I play:
Drvr, 3 wood, 3 hybrid
4-PW
50,54,60
Putter

I would probably try to do something like:
Drvr, 3 wood, 5/7 wood
3-PW
50,54,60
Putter

I was thinking about it this morning and I don't think I need the extra club in the middle of the set. I don't thi k shrinking the gaps would change that much for me. Also, at the top end of the set, I do t have many of those clubs into greens, so it isn't like may gaping needs to be precise.

The logical option is add another wedge.

But I honestly think I'd roll with 2 putters. I have an older scotty mallet that I really love. I just don't seem to have great touch with it from long distance. I'd probably add a fat grip to it and throw on a ton of led tape and use it for putts inside of 6 feet.

I'd add another driver like Phil.

Normal one and one that's maybe an inch shorter and easier to turn over.

Would add driving iron.

probably a 5 wood since the split between my 3w and 2i is my largest in the bag

Another wedge for sure. My setup now is 50-54-58, so I'd probably switch to 48-52-56-60.
