I want to play this so bad, but I also don't want to buy a PS5. Praying this comes to Steam this year. Blue Point did such a good job with the remake.

welp...the game has been a struggle but I've been able to figure out ways to make incremental progress and get my character's level pretty high with a melee build.

I'm at the final boss and I see now way that I'll be able to beat this guy. Holy shite

Battlefield 4—waited forever for a new modern BF and of course 2042 is a pile of shite so me and a buddy went back to BF4. Still fun as hell and actually has a pretty good player count still

NASCAR heat 4 of all things—I’ve been pleasantly surprised by it. It cant touch the EA thunder games of 02-07 but it’s still fun

Got back into R6 Siege due to the Road to SI 2022 event in game. I love these maps and wish this event was permanent. All OPs are free to everyone in this mode (I already own them all anyway - but if you didn't know this it's a good time to check out anyone you don't own and have never played).

Dark Souls Remastered.

I started this yesterday. I'm on the first boss, Asylum Demon, and I'm getting my arse kicked. Holy shite, I'm getting killed by the first boss. I feel like I have no chance at finishing this game.

At almost 34 years old, I just don't enjoy difficult games anymore. At least games that are meant to be that difficult. I play a lot of FPS and if they have campaigns I'm usually playing on Normal. But I found myself even getting frustrated at Doom Eternal's 'Normal.' Games like Dark Souls I just have no interest in because they are difficult for the sake of being difficult. Makes me wonder why I ever wasted money on Sekiro.

I just finished Assassin's Creed Odyssey and all it's DLC. Well over 100 hours. Welcome to 2018.

I haven't finished one since AC 2. This was a GREAT game. Too much filler, probably, that I could have skipped--at first I was trying to be a completionist because I'm OCD about it. But the world was large, beautiful and fantastic, the graphics were great, game play smooth, pretty good story. Even the ship battles were cool.

I popped in Origins to continue the party--but it is absolutely primitive by comparison (also stuck at 30fps on Series X...I hear they're working on a patch for that). I might return back to it once they update it to 60fps...it was oddly almost nauseating at 30fps after being used to Odyssey at 60fps.

So many games in the queue but it's been a long time since I sunk that much time into a single player game.

If I'm remembering correctly, you should be able to attack him from above at the start of the fight and hack away nearly half of his health right away.

Yeah, you're right. I broke down and found a few videos to help me out. I see where people are using fire bombs also, but I'm not sure how to get those. I started as a Knight, but I might start over as a Pyromancer.

ETA: I started over as a Pyromancer.

Im getting the GF interested in games. She's watched me play HZD, Uncharted 1 to 4, and TLOU 1/2. Currently playing Lost Legacy for her. I thinks RE4 is next after that.

After national Signing Day I finished up my old dynasty in NCAA14 after 6 straight national titles with Wyoming and starting a new one starting with Memphis. The plan is Memphis-Buffalo-SJSU-TSU-MMarshall. Figure out the Power 5 by whoever sucks the most when I got to them.

GF brought her old N64 so I've been playing Banjo-Kazooie and Diddy Kong Racing. Found my USB with emulators on it and playing Super Mario RPG too. Always good revisiting the classics.

I felt this in my soul. I'm 43 and play everything on easy/rookie. Don't judge me. I'm having fun. I have no competitive side, nor do I want a challenge.

i almost never play on hard mode now. i wouldnt say that so much to my age but more so limited time and more games to play now compared to younger years. i tend to keep it at "normal", and rarely easy.

i do still enjoy a little challenge, but i dont want to spend hours banging my head against one boss anymore.

Those people chose the black fire bombs as their starting gift when they created the character.

Depends on the game. I played at beat the hardest difficulty on some COD/Gears type games, but that generally just required more strategy/patience.

What I can't do is the souls/boss style games where your reflexes have to be spot on. Too old for that.
