I've been really enjoying Master Mode. I get my shite wrecked if I'm not careful or try to charge an enemy I really shouldn't be. Also just got most of the expansion stuff. I was getting very close to just looking up where the chests were, but very glad I didn't.

Act like a treasure hunter on the beach and that will help greatly.

2 more shrines to go, then a few armor upgrades and I'll be finishing up the game... it's sad that Nintendo still doesn't have achievements. I would totally spend another 100+ hours on this game achievement hunting

Just beat it... wow, BotW might have been one of the most perfect games I've ever played. Well done Nintendo...

Also, I absolutely DESTROYED Ganon, it was glorious, that's how the fricking hero of hyrule is suppose to be - fricking slay the a-hole trying to destroy your world

It really is fantastic and so well put together. You could never touch the divine beasts and still have so much to do.

Sooo... just gave the Trial of the Sword a shot on Master Mode. It's kind of really, really hard. I got to the dreaded floor ten and I couldn't put a dent in the enemies. Feels bad.

Picked this up on the wii u last weekend and have been loving it so far.

My only complaint is the frame rate drops a ton when I'm in a village or stable area.

Anyone have any tips or fixes for this? Seemed smoother on the game pad than the tv but I'd rather play on the tv.

That'd be pretty sweet if it was an alternate storyline where Zelda/Link and the four succeeded in defeating Ganon 100 years ago.

Seems like that would be too much data to implement in DLC.

Not really. OoT did it. The base world is the same. The only difference would be towns and landmarks

But that was designed from the ground up. There's tons, and tons of structures in this game that would need to be totally revamped. Like for instance, what the hell would you do with Hyrule Castle for starters?

I mean honestly how different would it be? A new castle and castle town and that's about it.

Asstons of ruins. Like the Temple of Time, the ruins in the field, you have to create a new population, etc.

Do the poes freak anyone one else out as much as they freak me out?

Maybe its the nightmare before christmas vibe they give (that movie terrified me as a child) but they creep me out
