You're confusing can't with won't.
Bots need to be illegal, they are distorting the market into an unfair advantage for the scalpers and they are anti consumer to people who can't afford bots or not smart enough to learn how to make one.

Is there a way for companies to get around the bots? I had about 5 CAPTCHAs just use the website and at 8:59est I had another CAPTCHA.
