ha, the game will be fine. if my team controls B in domination i can usually hold it down doing this. but any other game mode i'm working the edges of the map. and if my team is down im pushing the objectives rather than defending or camping. i'm def. not sitting in a corner hardscoping the whole time.

Every match I played last night pissed me off. I think I won 1 and lost 4. K/D is dropping.. think I'm at 1.07.

That one Ground War level where you're in the city and people can get up to the top of the huge buildings and just chill up there is awful

I guess I'm just old and it sucks. My biggest kill streak after 4 hours or so and level 19 is only 6 still. I used to get massive killstreaks on console back in the day on MW2.

I use push to talk on every game.. no one wants to hear someone else mouth breathing or arbitrary conversations not related to the game. I've always just used every game's default key too.. so for Overwatch I'm pressing ~ and for some games B and for this one V. Rainbow Six Siege is U.

Practically, it avoids people having to hear a bunch of background noise from your place, especially if your house is noisy (or you're a mouth breather), and for immersion it seems like legit military communications.
But if you play a game with PTT and a game without, it's kind of the worst. My old roommate and me would play FFXIV and we'd be on TS with a few other people. I would constantly forget PTT and start jabbering away, and from the other room he'd yell "PUSH TO TAAAAAALLLLLLK!!!"

I never use PTT. I just use my mute button on my inline mic.
I really really wish there was a discord app on PS4 and Xbox. That would help so much.

Biggest annoyance for me is I cant control each other persons volume, so I have to turn my headset volume down if someone else is too loud.

finally fired up MP yesterday. pretty sure Piccadilly gave me cancer. what a horrid map lol
I was sub 1KD for the first 2 matches, then I unlocked the P90 and went 30-8 lol (should've had even fewer deaths, started 20-1 and got too aggressive). now that I've got some decent gear, I'm doing much much better. M4A1 and MP5 GOAT

This game punishes my skill set, which is extended gun battles. I rarely fire first, and it's biting me in the arse.

It takes a lot of adjusting for sure. You really have to use sound to your advantage and ADS with pre-fire as much as possible. I started off pretty rough once SBMM kicked in but after learning I am doing much better now.

my K/D was at 0.83 until last night. not sure what it is now. not sure what the w/l is at either.
