There's a lot you would think would have to get banned against TSM. Bjerg's Syndra. DL's Tristana. Bio's Thresh. Do you leave Cho up? Like that's kind of my point. No one's really been able to ban out Sven up to now so I'm not really worried about it. Even if you do ban Gragas he's still a god-tier Lee Sin if push comes to shove. People forget that was actually his most played champ of Summer. He played 12 Lee games.

Lee fell out of the meta though, those 12 games were old meta early in the summer I would imagine. No one is playing Lee anymore.

While true, a good Lee is a good Lee no matter where he sits in the meta. I'd imagine building tank Lee wouldn't be terrible. I wouldn't be surprised if he played it in the event he actually did get targeted with meta bans. It is true, though. Lee's pretty bad.

Maybe yeah in the event he got banned out hard and they had a pocket pick comp built around him but only then.
Impossible to talk Worlds without knowing the draw.
TSM is a 2 we know this, but beyond that who the hell knows. They could get Longzhu as the 1 and Team WE as the 3 and be in real trouble or they could get G2 as their 1 and feel real good.
We know the 1's are Longzhu, G2, EDG, and whoever the 4th is I don't know off the top of my head.

I'll be real. I'm just ready for an easy draw. Like frick respect at this point I'm tired of drawing these god awful groups. Give TSM the H2K treatment for a change.

FW swept AHQ so then it's FW. TSM will get either Longzhu, G2, EDG, or Flash Wolves as their 1.

You right. I meant this split, not this year. Granted I feel league is a very what have you done for me lately sport. I don't care how you played on the past. What matters is the right now. Look at how many players go from bad to great, or graet to bad in a short time. Success in pro league is very volatile.

In na. You have to ban out bjerg, dl, bio. At worlds, the best teams can spare 3 of their 5 bans to target Sven.
Maybe if there is one or two op mids, you may have to ban them, bc bjerg is probably top 5 in the world. But the other tops/boys that have an actual shot to win worlds aren't afraid of hauntzer or double lift.
Handicap Sven, and you can neutralize whoever you want on tsm with your own jungler.

The thing about banning that many junglers is you handcuff your own. There's only ever realistically 2-3 S-tier junglers per patch. You throw bans on Gragas, Zac, Elise and there's still J4, Sej, and Maokai. All of which Sven has recent wins on.

How many teams realistically have games vs world class junglers? Its not like they are on every team. He doesnt really get a ton of experience against them. Neither does really anybody outside of LCK. Sven is one of the better junglers in NA and has shown that hes capable of playing to a high level at times.

Been playing this game since the beginning of season 3 and I still don't understand the mindset of your typical league player.
Tried Xayah for the first time. Went 5/2/17, won lane, farm wasn't great, damage was about equal with the rest of my team. (Brand, Cho, Annie, Tryn)
My brand support goes 6/12/14 and does 1k damage more than me, and claims I'm garbage because he did more damage than me. So apparently 10 more deaths is worth 1k more damage.
This is not the first time someone has made this argument. This community boggles my mind

And Faker, Crown, BDD, etc aren't afraid of Bjergsen like NA mids are.
Make a whole role completely useless, and it doesn't matter what Bjergsen is on. He'll get camped and smushed because Sven can't do anything about it.
