Played against one as Ez last night. Was able to get away from most of them with my "E", but the cast range on it is pretty large. If he's casting from a bush, it's a little more difficult.
If laning with Jhin, the chain cc is quite annoying.

The execute on point and click ult is nice. Can stack with q by poking. Huge zoning with e.

Gonna try out the Korean Lucian build (Ghostblade into Black Cleaver).

First game with it was a success. Had a LeBlanc support, so I thought it might be a wasted effort.
Didn't notice much difference between this build and the normal ER into Zeal item, except that you absolutely shred through tanks. Luc's ult and passive stack the Black Cleaver passive very quickly and the active on Ghostblade is incredibly useful (it got me out of several sticky situations with it's movement speed increase).
Build Order: GB > BC > Boots > Shiv > BT (would have gone Mercurial but the CC on the enemy team was limited and I prefer life steal)
Gonna give it a few more tries. The early game was an anomaly considering the LB kept dying and quite frankly brought little value in the early game.

For sure. Which is why I want to try it out a few more times.
There were a couple of times I got caught skirmishing with Thresh and Sion. Was able to kill one and get away with low hp because of the ghostblade passive.
The armor pen was phenomenal.

Would that build work on any other add...say a jinx or Tristan?

Traditionally last whisper items are better on adc's because you don't have to charge up the item. You get 45% bonus armor pen on the first hit. Plus the other passive the 2 separate items have.
Black cleaver needs to hit 6 times to be at the 30%. I can see this working in specific situations, like Lucian with the lightslinger passive, or Miss Fortune with her ultimate.
Last whisper items are probably best for most adcs.
Not to mention, most other adcs rely on crits and that build barely has any.

Jinx and trist benefit more from crit and life steal than Lucian because they both already have an as steroid built in and both have more aoe effects. They want to take turrets and poke. Runanns and guinsoos are more beneficial, respectively for jinx/trist, than either gb or bc.
Lucian wants to duel a little more and has to position closer in team fights. So the synergy is more important.

I can't wait for Overwatch to come back on the 24th. Can't tell you the last time I played more than 1 consecutive game where someone doesn't start raging at 5 minutes and start feeding/trolling on purpose.

In my opinion it's not optimal. They are DPS champs that use auto attacks as their main form of damage.
You're better off using the standard IE>Zeal item for Jinx or Trist.
With Lucian, his strength comes from his abilities and his passive working in conjunction with those abilities, so the build fits. Same with MF.

Exactly
And with Lucian's "E" losing 1 sec of CD for every auto attack, you can pretty much "E" at the end of every ability rotation.

I could see twitch using the gb build, but I don't think bc would work with anything other than his ult. And the percent that it is effective would be low.
Graves could maybe build both gb and bc.
But he's more of a marksman now than an adc.
Sivir needs crit snow that w can crit.
Cait uses poke with headshots so crit needed.

Maybe if you wanted to take kindred as an adc?

OMG. I can't get a single game with a competent adc or against a team that isn't a premade.
