Am I reading this stuff right? Some players are literally saying they have no idea what Riot is talking about with their accusations, and others are siding with Riot.

Well like part of the problem is Riot dumped a whole bunch of issues into one disciplinary action.
I think it is pretty safe to presume that Remillia (former support) is the one who brought up abuses toward the players. There was a whole saga about her even playing in the LCS in the first place and then she quit midseason. Pretty much everyone else has said "Huh?" so it is basically just process of elimination on that point.
Richard Lewis amazingly seems to support the final decision, but hasn't really broken down which of the three aspects he supports. He has re-tweeted some of Remilia's stuff so maybe that one? Just seems surprising how adamant the other players are.
Thoorin has said Badawi is really shady but basically declined to really comment on player abuse.
Basically everyone is blasting Riot's investigation approach.

Well that is part of t but we do t know how much that compared to the Badawi and self-dealing issues.

Oh I know. I'm just coming at it from a lawyer's perspective. The idea of three essentially unrelated charges all just getting lumped together bothers me.

I'm seriously considering turning to the dark side and learning ekko, maokai, poppy.
When tanks can 1v2 or 1v3 and dominate a late game team fight, it's so oppressive to play any other role.
Just go even in lane and win team fights for Elo.
