Yup, local leader + recruitment beacons.
You should get the Charisma bobblehea from parsons insane asylum first to save on a char. Point expense if you need it.
Go to Cabot house.
I'm working on getting the strength bobble head from the Mass Fusion building now.

You have to progress to a certain point in the main story. Depends where you are on those quests.

Does it seem like there are really 2 games here?
One being the general wanderer/kill style game,
then this other farmville/build settlements style thing?
Aside from weapon upgrades (which you can do at just 1 settlement), is there a big perk to having a lot of developed settlements (aside from more bottlecaps from trade) ?

I would probably work on settlements more... If I could get the @#!@#! walls and fences to line up properly. That crap drives me crazy.
This is where I think the PC mods are gonna be awesome, sadly I play on a PS4.
It would also be great if there was either:
1) a reroll mechanic every 10-15 levels or so
2) once you've completed the sanctuary quest, you could start a new character just outside the vault without having to redo the opening crap.
PS. With Grognaks Axe and Armor, melee works again (sometimes) -- but is still rough.

Holy shite.
A HUGE group of synths (10-11) just attacked sanctuary. Luckily I was there. They killed one of my settlers and tried to kill dogmeat.

I'm having an issue with finding valentine. I can't complete the Kellogg quest. Also, I can't equip my guns and valentine shows up on the map in the south but I went there and nobody is there. Any help? I'm on xbox one.

I can't get Sanctuary to grow past 8 people. Every other settlement is just fine.

Which part are you on? I completed the whole questline yesterday.

Fight your way to the top, kill everything, get bobblehead. I did it Sunday night. Lots of nice loot if you're into combat armor while on the way up the tower.

Have plenty of beds, food, water and defense. If you are so inclined, go to another settlement and send all the settlers there to sanctuary.

I want to play this some more but it's running kind of rough on my machine and I can't really upgrade anytime soon so I'm sort of meh at the moment and have the sadz.
