The N64 game captures the original intended design much better with potato graphics.
New child link looks flabby and kinda Downy.

Hopefully I get a hologram one, but honestly I'll be happy either way.
Same. Damn I still can't believe GTA6 preview and now this preview. Ocarina and GTA3 were such huge game memories for me. Obviously NES and SNES/SEGA but those two were perfect timing for my age (10-13).

Watch the video, that pictures is definitely not a representation of what's in the game.
And we've had all versions of Link over the years. To complain about the kid link after watching that video because he's too shiny....come on. It's simply dumb and desperate to find something to complain about.

No clue TBH.

FYI, you can pre-order the physical version on Walmart's website right now for $59.88 with free shipping.
Whether or not you get the hologram version is anybody's guess, but I usually get the game on release date when pre-ordering from them, and it beats paying the full price and having to pay an extra $25 for overnight shipping on Nintendo's website.

Huh. I wonder how they're able to offer it for $10 less than Nintendo's price. They're essentially charging the digital copy price for the physical version.
I already preordered from Nintendo but I didn't pay for the extra shipping. I'm in the middle of my busiest time of year so I won't be able to play on release day anyway.

I got shite on for calling this out when they released that teaser. His arms are too fat and stubby for the rest of his body. shite's weird.

On Amazon as well.

Looks like you'd have to go through Amazon now. Walmart is showing as sold out.

Yes looks more like a midget pretending to be a child than an actual child.

I don't understand what anyone wants anymore.
If you want the original Ocarina look, it's out there to play.

I'm open minded, but I know I don't want this:

Great, you don't have to buy it. You just saved $60.

I understand it, and it's not that deep.
Everyone wants to have something to bitch about. People think they fit in with the social media society (yes, message boards are social media) if they complain about things and put down people who find joy.

Yup, Penny-Arcade summed it up long ago.
I still remember when the first trailer for Wind Waker hit and the cell shaded graphics were shown. It melted the internet for days.

I was firmly in this camp. I did not like the cartoony look. I only got it because of the OoT Master Quest disc that came with it.
Ended up being one of my favorite entries.

Reading more of the discourse, "fans divided", I seriously would never consider being in game development. Gamers are so fricking stupid.

Oh, you would need to be really thick skinned. Imagine making Tears of The Kingdom. One of the top ten highest rated games of all time. A vast improvement over Breath of the Wild in almost every way.
