Just played about 30 minutes of it. I think it is fantastic. Can't wait to put some hours in it.

I’m not gonna complain about it because I really am not looking for this type of game. I’m looking for something that features the gun. Makes it feel weighty and impactful. Something that gives me a lot of freedom in kitting out.
This might actually be good and I’m not into it. That’s cool. I hope it’s what they want it to be.

Squads (with squad spawning)?
Being able to equip a weapon attachment as soon as you unlock it instead of waiting until the next game?
Maps that aren't claustrophobic?
Flying jets and helicopters?
Driving tanks?
Actual strategy and not twitch shooting?
An event that you have control over that can alter a map completely and change how you play it? Not sure when that gets old.

Didn’t you just say quit an in depth game in Diablo? What else do you expect from an FPS? Battlefield is great for both the destructive environment and the atmosphere. If that’s not your thing then play CoD. Or Insurgency. Or any other FPS.

We had zero luck trying to squad up with friends.
There's no aim assist on console which is crazy to think. Maybe it'll be there with the full game.
The UI is pretty confusing. Which option is ON and OFF? Trying to change your controller scheme and it tells you nothing about what it changes.
The HUD could be a little less cluttered.
Specialists is still dumb af considering everyone looks the exact same.

I played the CoD Vanguard beta and it was the same thing. Open beta but early access was only for preorders and codes given out by creators for a day or two early access before opening up to all. Luckily there were millions of codes and easy to get one from someone.

Not impressed so far but I’m gonna wait for the full game. Conquest sucks so I won’t judge it by that but the audio issues make this feel like a rinky-dink game. I kept running into silent helicopters and had to crank my headphones all the way up to hear anything.

That's what I'm doing.. unless I end out somewhere, then I will just have Saturday to try this.
I've never been a vehicle person in any Battlefield.. can't imagine flying around with mouse and keyboard - how well does that work?
