Diablo IV Changes for version 2.0 and upcoming expanison

Anyone getting the expansion? I still am enjoying the game and just caught up on the 2.0 changes that are coming out before expansion.

I like the idea of a Party Finder as a bunch of my friends no longer play and I want to do more than run through solo.

Yeah, I'm in. The level squish should simplify some of the stats and rune words should be interesting, anything borrowed from D2 is good with me. Also, I'm with you on the group finder, sometimes I'd like to burn some of these mats on tormented bosses, but I have no friends that play

$70 at launch for a game that still isn’t where it needs to be. Like hell Blizzard is getting another $40 from me

POE is a diablo like. dungeon crawling character focused looter. its been around a long time and is known for having very good gameplay and mechanics. unfortunately the skill tree and systems are DENSE. You practically need a fricking college degree to understand it.
POE2 is coming out as their new offering. i think they are making it more casual friendly, but its probably still going to be leap and bounds more complicated than diablo.

my routine for every new poe season is find build that looks easiest, follow it, get into maps, stop playing until next season. rinse, clean, start over

The best way to play Poe is to let someone do all the building/theorycrafting for you.

I folded and bought it at launch… honestly enjoyed the campaign but obviously the endgame sucked.
If the new class were a knight of any kind I’d get the expansion, but this doesn’t do it for me. Guessing there will be a second DLC in a year or so with either a Paladin/crusader or blood knight.

This is exactly right. I tried it and the skill tree seemed to have 1000 options. I was like frick this. Uninstalled it. I dont have time for that but the gameplay was similar to Diablo.
