Well, XBone is an x86 machine, and we're supposed to see Windows 10 on it in the coming months. There would be no hardware or software limitations for this except those put in place intentionally. The thought of that brings back painful GFWL memories.
I've never had faith in the "steam box" market in the first place, because the SteamOS strips away so many of the perks of PC gaming, and ignoring the perks of gaming on popular consoles (the player base, for example).

Yes, just listening to the Microsoft conference it was kind of confusing. I thought so at first too.
After the show, Todd from Bethesda did an interview.
He said PC mods tool kit would be out early 2016.
Xbox later on in 2016 but no date.
PS4 will come last but no date.

Never played a Hitman game. I have Hitman Absolution, but it's been sitting in my backlog for years. Looks like it could be fun.

Sounds like SE may be trying to get back to core hitman gameplay while adding cool features. Cautiously optimistic.

They don't even have to do the link Steam accounts thing. If they allow you to stream games from your PC to the Xbone that would be killer.
I still need to try out streaming games to my Surface since it is available in the preview program now.

I wonder how popular modding for PS4 will be.
PC and Xbone will go hand in hand because of the x86 architecture so any mod on PC should function on Xbone.
PS4 on the other hand will require porting and I just don't know how much the community will support that.

Yeah I am not sure how I feel about them adding multiplayer, but the game itself looks great

I used to play War Thunder on PC and the PS4 players(they were marked with an asterix in front of their screen names) were usually easy kills. I think the PS4 players had more problems in Realistic mode because they aren't as accurate and would blow through their ammo then be sitting ducks or have to go back to land and rearm.
