All of the bottles are like that.

I'm not sure that it was intentional but I like it a lot.

I think if you're really desperate you can get a local sneak a glass into the men's room to fill a half carbonated bottle and overnight it to you, or so I've read on other forums.

I'm really wanting to try all these Karbach and Buffalo Bayou bombers I see on FB.

I need to get another Houston trip in sometime soon, so I can spend more money at Spec's than I do on my mortgage.

which Karbachs?

they are doing a good job of making some interesting beer, I just don't think any of it is really great beer.

Rodeo clown and BB Hellfighter are the only two I think are great

I want to try El Hopadillo Negro and Hop Delusion the most.

Plus it would be nice to get my hands on some Krunkin Pumpkin this year.

picked up a couple recently, but haven't tried it. Sent one to B, he said he preferred his own black IPA

Didn't know they bottled this, and haven't seen any, but would like to try it to

They might not bottle it... some friends tried it at the brewery and said it was better than the Rodeo Clown.

Also would have liked to try the Roshambo or the Fra-Gee-Lay... probably way too late on those.

It might have been... not positive.

I've missed out on all the "limited" bombers like that.

Wouldn't have expected to see this on Uncrate....

The state of Vermont might be best known for Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream or maple syrup, but what they should be known for is beer, and one beer in particular. The Alchemist is currently focused on brewing one beer perfectly, Heady Topper ($12/4-pack), and seem to be at or near perfection already. The world class IPA is loaded with hops but isn't the most bitter or strongest IPA you've had, just the most balanced. You'll also notice the request on each vessel to "DRINK IT FROM THE CAN" which is quite enjoyable, but we haven't had one yet that wasn't, regardless of your quaffing preference.
