You Texas Folks and Hatch Chiles

Went to Central Market yesterday and apparently it’s “Hatchfest”. I had no idea this was a thing or that you could use hatch chiles in so many ways.
Hatch Chile popcorn, burgers, biscuits, breads, etc.
You name it, they hatched it.

They were roasting them outside the Albertsons in Carlsbad two weeks ago. I had to buy a couple to bring back to my hotel to “snack” on.

Perusing the latest ad, I saw hatch wagyu sliders, hatch salmon burgers, and hatch lemonade. Really stretching the hatch limit here

the hatch chili thing has gotten out of hand but the biscuits are great.
