That's REALLY tough.

But I guess I'd keep poboys, crawfish, and gumbo. Funny because gumbo is far form a favorite food, but I wouldn't want to live without it.

The best part of po-boys is the fried seafood, so for that reason I go: red beans, gumbo, and crawfish. Po-boys and jambalaya are close though.
