Yea, those are no brainer decisions

Then probably red beans or jambalaya. I enjoy oysters and crawfish more but the others are a bit more centered in the my diet

Gumbo and Poboys give me a lot of options. I can even make a Ham, Salami, Cheese and Olive Salad Poboy. I can also make a thick crawfish gumbo that would be pretty similar to etouffee


I can also still make Pastalaya or Pork and Sausage “Rice Dressing”
