Searched and didn't see anything.
Apparently, Yo Mommas shut down yesterday with no notice. Maybe the City Health Inspector finally showed up but it was a damn fine burger.

That sucks. I loved the dirtiness of the place. It gave it character. I certainly didn't dine with blue bloods in there.

The peanut butter burger with loaded baked potato was the gut bomb to end all.
Finish a night of drinking and end up with the empty to go box in my hotel bed hating life the next morning.

No link, apparently the owner, Art shut it down.
I think this has happened in the past. So, I'm not sure if its permanent.
He's also involved with The Dungeon, but that appears to be business as usual.

theres been drama a few different times there -- who knows if this is permanent or just more nonsense.

About 3 years ago, it was shut down for approx 90 days, because Art was unhappy with his employees. Prime piece of real estate, so can't imagine it stays vacant very long.

I remember when he shut it down from a thread on here. Something ab him accusing his employees of drugs or dealing drugs. I used to eat there occasionally and it was a very good burger. I used to recommend it over port of call to ppl looking for a burger in the quarter. However, The quality had fallen off big time the last couple of times I had went and haven't been back in a couple yrs.

Looks like something happened over the weekend and a bunch of pissed off employees were fired abruptly.
Supposedly he's reopening soon. I'd love to hear the drama that went down
