Y'all.. I've got to brag on this wedding cake my wife did this weekend!

3 tiers of almond cake/almond buttercream
1 tier champagne cake/strawberry preserve filling/strawberry swiss meringue buttercream
1 tier lemon blueberry cake/blueberry compote filling/vanilla bean-lemon buttercream
and 1 tier lemon poppyseed cake/lemon curd filling/lemon cream cheese buttercream.
Things started getting a little messy about half way through.
There was A LOT of people there!!

Great looking cake and it sounds delicious.
Bet it wasn't delivered anywhere in the city of New Orleans since there's not many smooth streets to drive down that will guarantee that cake didn't collapse on itself.
Hat's off to your wife for such fine work.

We had to transport each layer in its own stabilized box. We assembled it at the venue then placed it right before the wedding
