I feel your pain brosef I told my fiancée on vday we could go anywhere and I was pushing for primos on bluebonnet. But In her mind she holds olive garden in higher regards than any 5 star restaurant or steak place.

Believe me when I say that I would break up with a girl who insisted on going to Olive Garden...1st off, it wouldn't have gotten that far bc I would have told her its time to grow the frick up when she selected Olive Garden for her BDay.
You should have beat her over the head with one those frozen breadsticks.

A mate who thinks the Olive Garden is the place to eat on any occasion would not be a mate for long. That would be too big a difference in our lives to remain a couple. This would be a deal breaker. So would the no cheese in the house thing that Zach endures.
I'm serious. It just wouldn't work out.

I personally hate olive garden.

Apparently, Zombie's gf doesn't like food in the same way he does....
This. I am a chick and I hate OG. My b/f is obviously a dude and he is completely content with it (and any other chain in the world). Some people live to eat, some people eat to live.

My gf likes olive garden (salad and breadsticks really), but she knows better. I've found the same somewhat holds true with women and red lobster.

Blame it on the never ending salad bowl and bread sticks.

I've only been to Red Lobster once and it was because I was visiting family out of town and they wanted to take us to dinner.
It's sad how many people will pass up awesome restaurants for shitty places. Brag travels all over the country for his job, and he'll tell me he ate at Chili's or bought a pizza from Wal-Mart and I'm like WHYYYYY!? You're in these awesome cities known for amazing food and you're going to Chili's?!?!
He leaves Thursday for Nashville and I literally went on restaurant.com and bought him restaurant gift cards so he would be forced to eat good food there.

He will probably meet a hot vandy waitress and hit that while he is there.

I'm beginning to think people like flash much more than they like substance. Honestly, I don't think many here have ever had substance to be able to place a value on it.
Olive Garden
I have a great idea for Baton Rouge. What ya think of a lean cuisine restaurant with fancy pictures on the wall, cool lighting, and real up to date decor? I think it would go over big time. People love to be tricked. Trick me please. Just don't tell me and ruin it for me.
