Lived by Wolf when it opened and honestly did not understand the hype. I feel like he had media connects with the type of coverage he was getting. No hate, just not my thing.

I know it’s the politics that get y’all all worked up, which is understandable, but his food is legitimately good. He does a helluva lot more than crush chips and put it on a sandwich.
Also his schtick has been imitated (both in New Orleans and nationally) many times and most of those places have failed. Hereford can pull it off because it’s somewhat authentically who he is.

No doubt Mason can cook. Has the pedigree to prove it and was part of Coquette's heyday. See his ability more in the early days of TATW than you do anywhere at Molly's.

Cochon rocks and all their meat cuts are in-house so I can see a bit of price hike from other places.
