Should never be in the same sentence as a wing.

I've been using the HEB Wing Sauces lately, and they are actually pretty good!

Anybody a fan of the wing sauce that Chimes uses? Spoiler alert: It's just Frank's red hot, straight up.

Equal parts tobasco pepper jelly (red label for hot, green for mild) and tiger sauce. Heat them up in a saucepan to melt the jelly. I like to fry a batch and drop them in a big stainless bowl, pour some sauce over them, toss them three of four times then onto a serving platter.

I fry the wings naked btw. Never done this with battered ones. You can also sprinkle some garlic powder in the sauce for a slight variation. I've done that before. Or smoked paprika.
