Why is it impossible to find Chicken Schwerma outside of BR?

Does anybody know the history behind Arzis/Albasha/Serops? Its damn near impossible to find Chicken Schwerma outside the stick. At least the way the restaurants I mentioned prepare it.

Mona's in New Orleans has it and better than any of those places in BR, so...
Also NOLA > BR
ETA: Also, Lebanon on St Charles and Byblos. Again, all better than the BR versions.

Albasha is in Metairie now. NOLA has Monas. There's Byblo's in Metairie also. Where are you talking about?

Lived off Albasha on Corporate Blvd while in college. Fantastic! Have been searching for years for something similar and can't find it anywhere.

I would agree it's hard to find outside of the state. In lived in Birmingham, Georgia, and North Carolina and I can't find any that is even decent. Somehow BR has 3-4 great chains. Either that or the chicken outside of BR is legit In which case I don't like the legit kind. I enjoy the BR kind.
